 Scheduling
We do our best to allow proper timing for your spa and salon services. Please be courteous to your service providers and our other guests by arriving 5-10 minutes prior to salon services, and at least 15-20 minutes before spa services. This is especially important prior to any visit where your provider may need to gather important information to customize your treatment.
Cancellations
Should a cancellation be necessary, please call us a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. At our discretion, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or complete no-shows may result in the minimum charge of 50% of the full cost of the scheduled service(s), or the maximum charge of the full cost of all services booked for the day. In fairness to our professional service providers, we may require a credit card number to reserve future appointments.
Advance Booking
While it is not a requirement that you pre-book an appointment, it does ensure the availability of your preferred appointment time and provider. We highly recommend you reserve your next appointment before leaving the salon.
Should you wish to try the talents of a different POSH professional at any time, please let us know. We are a team whose number one goal is your satisfaction. We are all here to accommodate you!
Environment
Children are welcome to receive salon services while in the company of an adult. However, in the interest of maintaining a tranquil environment for all our guests, we respectfully ask that they not accompany you to your appointment.
Cell Phones
We have designed a wonderful space for you to come and relax. With respect to our other guests and to your service providers, please be courteous and silence your cell phone during your visit with us.
Gift Certificates
We can create a gift certificate to suit your specific needs, whether it be for a particular service, a specific dollar amount, or a custom service package. Just ask and we will be happy to prepare one for you.

Series and Packages
Many of our services are most beneficial to you when performed in a series over a specific time period. Purchase 5 of any one of these services and the 6th is our gift to you.

Gratuity
Many people are unsure about tipping, and it can be an uncomfortable subject to broach. A gratuity is a gift or favor given in return for excellent service, is never mandatory, and is always appreciated. If you are intending to tip your provider, from 10-20% of the service charge (or gift certificate for service) is customary for most salon professionals, including owners providing services.
